Because Gabe has taken himself off the block, as HOH, it is my duty to place a new nominee.
Putting someone on the block is difficult, and perhaps attempting to be genuine has made some people unhappy, so I'm truly sorry about that. I speak the truth when I say that I still like everyone left in this house, and that makes this choice even harder.
Matt, please a take a seat in the nomination chair. I am putting you up as a replacement nominee. You've been nothing but pleasant and kind, but I feel that we haven't made much of a personal connection in this house. I hope we can move past this, and if you need to talk to me, yell at me, etc, my PM's always open and I'll always be willing to listen.
