Well, it looks like we have our cast and we will be starting on Sunday. I'm definitely feeling a mix of emotions. It's been many years since I've entered the Big Brother House and I can't believe that I'm about to go back in. Of course, I'm not going in as myself, but hey, it will provide me with a great experience.
Also, since we're starting on the same day as The Walking Dead Season 7 Premiere, Brett and Joe, you'd better give me one piece of information from the outside world before you shut off communications to the outside world. YOU'D BETTER TELL ME WHO NEGAN KILLS ON THE WALKING DEAD! If you think I can keep my sanity together this fall and winter, you'd better tell me, or Michael is going to throw a major fit. LOL.
But, talking about starting, I'll be interested to see what happens. Obviously, the big question is: who else is a returning cast member hidden covertly in another person's identity. I have no idea. I've been wondering, and trying to make predictions, but I have no clue. I was thinking that James, paulfriendship, might be Jake in disguise, because James/Jake, very similar. Plus, Paul would remind me of some of Jake's antics on previous seasons. Also, James has not talked much. His responses to me have been very short, which makes me wonder if James/Jake is trying to change his methods. But, it's just a theory. I'm not going to let that bother me, too much, at this time.
What I am trying to focus on is keeping my identity a secret. I have stated I'm from Indiana, so I'm on the same coast as my home state, PA. I've stated that I recently graduated, but I stated I graduated from undergrad and made myself 23. I also said I had a girlfriend, Rebecca. I don't, still sadly single. People may catch on, if they're smart enough and really read between the lines. I made a new identity, but I didn't want to change too much. I didn't want to spend too much time on making a completely different persona that I wouldn't be able to play the game. I have to stick to my roots, and change a few details to make it work. We'll see if it works. Who knows? Maybe if my identity is discovered, it might help me. I'm sure we'll find out more about the Covert Affair twist and other twists in the coming days!
In regards to strategy, I still haven't talked too much, but I'm starting to prepare to plant the seeds. I am thinking about specifically talking to Bryson, Harmony, and Lucille. They are the three people I've spoken with the most out of everyone. Obviously, if they're willing to talk with me, they're worth giving a shot. Whether we'll all come together or not, hard to say. But, I feel the most comfortable reaching out to them, first, to try and find safety. But, right now, I'm trying to talk to everyone. I want to see if I can at least remain on friendly terms with everyone to make it through the first week.
Who would be my first target? As of now, I would either target people that are not participating, or I would target Gabe and Joner. The logic there being they were the last to sign up, so it's only fair. But, I'm not targeting anyone specifically yet. I'm only trying to come up with a method that the house can rally around. That's the thing about the beginning of the game: whatever the house wants is what it will get. And I would rather the house go after a type of target, that being someone who is not participating or was the last to sign up. That's a fair analysis that people can get their heads around.
Do I want the first HOH? You know, I don't know. The thing is: if it's Buzzword, I doubt I'll win it. My specialty was always word games and endurance, but I'm not counting myself out. I'm debating whether I really want the first HOH. Because first HOH can help establish those close relationships right off the bat, but it could also put me in danger. The thing is, if there is someone that is not participating, it will be an easy week. Otherwise, it won't. So many questions.
Well, I'm going to get some sleep. I'll need it: the Big Brother House will keep me up nights in the near future!
